Our Board Of Directors

Mr. Joe W. P. Krukowski (Chairman)

The board of directors is under the guidance of Mr. Joe W. P. Krukowski, the new Chairman. Mr. Krukowski is certainly a true leader as he brings with him countless years of experience in corporate finance from his long time affiliation with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Mr. Krukowski has held numerous positions in the senior management of CIBC, the most recent of which is Senior V.P. of CIBC West Indies and President & C.E.O. of West Indies Holdings Ltd.  Mr. Krukowski's culmination of many years of experience, strong financial background, and formidable reputation, makes him worthy for the position of Chairman of the Board.

With the myriad of challenges upon us, we must take aggressive steps to refocus and strengthen our company.  Appointing a new chairman of the board is a bold step in the right direction.  Although he is new to the Company, Mr. Krukowski certainly has the right tools to assist in Doctors Hospital 's success.  While Mr. Krukowski's extensive leadership experience speaks for itself, his various corporate affiliations with a number of other offshore banks and trust companies could prove most valuable to the organization.  As the new Chairman, Mr. Krukowski will work together with the other board members to reevaluate the business strategies and goals for the future, focus on the core capabilities of the company, and revitalize the organization.
