Patient Relations Department
At Doctors Hospital our priority are on patients. Each and every patient that is admitted has a healthcare team of medical professionals, and a patient representative that work together in order to enhance your stay and help resolve any problems or difficulties that may arise.
The patient representative is available to maintain positive relations for patients and their families, is knowledgeable about hospital policies, and encourages communication between hospital departments and is a champion/advocate for patient rights.
We strive to make your experience at the hospital as pleasant as possible. Your healing, comfort and well-being are our primary concerns; therefore, our patient representative is trained to assist our patients by answering questions, explaining policies, and making your connections with the appropriate staff should you need assistance.
The Patient Relations Representative provides a link between the hospital, patient and families and is primarily concerned with continually improving the standard of care provided at Doctors Hospital and as such feedback from patients and their relatives is of the utmost importance.
If at any time you have questions, concerns or a question about the level of care or service provided, we encourage you to promptly bring it to the attention of any member of the patient care team. The Patient Relations staff is available by phone or to meet with you to discuss and investigate any concern that you might have. You can be assured that your concern will be handled in a confidential manner. Listening and responding to you is one of many ways Doctors Hospital strives to assure you a pleasant stay and improve our services.
