Doctors Hospital Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer
Joanne Lowe Appointed to Serve as Interim CFO for Doctors Hospital
Doctors Hospital has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Darron Cash has resigned his position with the Company effective December 31, 2007. Mr. Cash served as CFO since May 2001. The Hospital concurrently announces that existing Vice President for Corporate Finance Joanne Lowe, has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Joanne Lowe has played a vital role in implementing strategic initiatives for the company. Her strong financial background and experience distinctly qualifies her for the responsibilities and challenges at Doctors Hospital in the interim.
As a Doctors Hospital Vice President, Joanne Lowe has a long history of leadership and experience bringing over 17 years of extensive knowledge in financial healthcare management and a high level of financial acumen. Mrs. Lowe is a Certified General Accountant and has served as Vice President for Corporate Finance for over a decade. She is also a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Doctors Hospital has begun a search for a permanent CFO for Doctors Hospital. Until the permanent position is transitioned in, Joanne Lowe is expected to fill the CFO role for the next three months beginning January 1, 2008. “We are fortunate to have knowledgeable experts such as Joanne Lowe in the leadership at Doctors Hospital, and I am confident that the permanent CFO will be duly qualified.” said Mr. Sealy. Mrs. Lowe will work with Doctors Hospital’s physicians and management team to manage existing services cost effectively while maintaining continued commitment to quality healthcare services provided to the community.
